Always happy with their service, disappointed I was unable to utilize a coupon specifically for the work I had done, coupon was received the day after i had the work done. Called to inquire and told there was nothing they could do.

We took our older XC90 in for service, and decided to look at our options for an upgrade. Mike listened to our situation and our specific needs. Mike and the team went the extra mile to find an upgrade for us and worked the trade for a mutually fair final price. Mike explained all the changes between our current and new XC90 features across all trim packages. The experience was overall low pressure, which was certainly better than expected. Will continue to use Ferman Volvo going forward.

Service is fine, but $538 for “labor” to change oil and brake fluid is crazy for less than 2 hours… not happening again. Best of luck
