I had an appointment and cars I was interested in were set up for me. Salesperson was Heather she was knowledgeable on the vehicles. Her kindness won me over. I felt no pressure to buy at the time. I would definitely send my friends and family to Ferman Volvo of Tarpon Springs to buy a vehicle.
What an amazing car buying process with Ferman Volvo Cars of Tarpon Springs! Every staff member I encountered was incredibly helpful and kind. What a seamless process buying a car out of state, no less. Communication was excellent and staff was proactive in the planning process. Would certainly recommend!

Everything went well the repair was made quickly and was perfect. The only issue was that I was disappointed that there was a 3% surcharge for using a credit card.

My service advisor James and the rest of the team were a pleasure to work with methodically diagnosing a few issues, advising me on warranty process and ultimately getting my 2007 Cross Country back on the road. The facility itself is a top notch place to wait, and my experience on the new/certified sales side of their operation was just as impressive (shout out to Josh). Ferman Volvo nails it across sales, service and overall customer experience, and I’ll be a customer for the foreseeable future.

This dealership is welcoming and professional. I was there for service and although the work was done quickly and properly, it appears from my receipt that I paid $10 for a "complimentary car wash". My fault for not catching it but not sure how that happened.
