The Ferman Volvo service department has always been professional and friendly with me. I started taking my 2015 XC60 T6 AWD to Ferman shortly after I purchased it in 2020. Even though I didn't buy the car there, everyone in the department was super helpful and explained the problem, provided me with a loaner and repaired the car quickly. After that very positive and friendly experience, I continued to have the car serviced at Ferman Volvo.
