Sharon provided excellent customer service. She was able to fit my car into the service schedule without an appointment. The repair was completed in a timely manner. The technicians always do a great job.

I made an appointment and opted to wait. Waiting room was clean, airy, stocked with pastries and coffee, and service was prompt. I did wait but they were clear about how long. Car was taken care of and I was on my way. From the moment I bought the car there, these people have been very professional. I am hoping to stay with Volvo for my next vehicle.

For years we were coming to the dealership like to our family and were treated likewise. We would suggest, however the little improvement in training of the receptionist Christina who assumed a position of expert and management to estimate on the phone charges for yearly maintenance and limiting connections with service people. For almost a year we were not able to speak with Matt or Sharon for any reason. Christina would, in rather unpleasant way, refused connection.
