I didn't even want to give one star. This Credit Union use to be good at one time. It's gone to the dogs. Their drive threw is a joke First chance I get closing the account. Just want to be DONE If you want a good credit union go to Credit Eagle they take care of their members
I thought I closed my account here years ago, but they kept it open. I recently came by to open a POA account for my mother, and found out my checking and savings were both still open with mo money in them. Took them an hour to determine whether I could .ake the checking an account for my mother, and that I didn't have the right documents to open one for her. I usually come here and they always get me quick. I just needed them to print some papers out which mind you they do pretty quick but this time the worker said she couldn’t help me I needed to stand in some other line. Not the best customer service when they have done it for me before without having me go somewhere else. She didn’t even try to help me.
I have been lucky enough to have Grace help me twice now! She is a wonderful financial advisor, answered all my questions, and helped me find a CD that fit my budget and was right for me. Plus she is a wonderful person to talk to. Thanks for your help,Grace! You rock!
Wow, I can’t believe this branch got so many one star reviews. I have been banking with them for approximately 20 years and I find them pleasant and very helpful. Sure sometimes they’re short staffed but that’s the case with most businesses these days but whenever I work with them they are super helpful.
