Opened an account at the Brookside branch last week. I worked with a great guy named Roger Hensley. He made it so easy. I went home and linked up to their online banking, bill pay, signed-up for E-statements, and mobile banking. Thanks for making this part of my recent move to Tulsa so convenient and quick.
I would love know why my credit score took a hard hit from this so called company when this company does not have the technology to be up to date with online billing I was sending my payments before time when I called my bank and they took a look at what was going on they let me know that this company could not receive online payments and that they had to mail the payments to Oklahoma Central...

The loan officers are rude.. They make it almost impossible to get a loan. They quit offering free atm at qtrip and kum n go!! OCCU stinks!!!
Because they limit me to 6 transaction a month i had to drive to 41st & Garnet only to find 2 of 6 teller positions manned and 6 people waiting in line. Guess the TSA is working at OCCU!
Absolutely the worst place I've ever been. I think people in jail get more respect then a customer at this bank. Had a fraud happen this (May 2016) still on going and we went to the bank with a filed police report and the lady said 'oh well if you are able to get a loan we can do that and you can repay us' ...pay back a fraudulent felony that somebody else committed? I don't think so. I tried...
I used to like OCCU as a member for 16 years but something has changed in the last year and hey will put a hold on any check you deposit without warning even if you've been a long time customer with direct deposit. They even tried to place a 9 day hold on a local check, no notice and against RegCC rules.
