The service department absolutely is horrible. Have had nothing but bad experiences every time I've gone to them. The purchasing experience was perfect and flawless with all 3 chevy's that I purchased last year. The service leaves much to be desired however. I can't tell you how many people I have voiced my concerns to about this issue at Ferman and everytime I'm told "Oh call this person next time or that person" yea well I've done that and the end result is always the same-- HORRIBLE customer service. Don't lie to your customers and respect the wishes of your future customers own credit!! Which is something that Ferman Chevrolet in Brandon does NOT do! RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!!! Purchased a brand new 2019 Colorado on 12.30.18 and traded in my vehicle. 8 days later noticed a shudder in the transmission, took it in for service and was told... oh these vehicles are known for that. It's a known issue and GM is not authorizing or paying for any further repairs until an across the board fix is approved. Less than 300 miles on my vehicle when I noticed this issue. The customer service that I experienced was not great at. It was the beginning of week 3 to receive my refund from the issue. I ended up emailing the GM of the property and the refund was "pushed through" the following day. Very disappointed and will not be going back again. If you need additional information regarding my issues, you can ask your GM for the email that I sent. I should have been given my full refund back.

The fact that I have to take to social media for someone to “possibly” call me back is comical. Not to mention that my vehicle has been there 4 times in a month and still not fixed. You do the math it doesn’t add up.
