Charge people less for mechanical repairs
I had a service appointment for Feb 1- I drove 45 mins to this location- I get there and I am told that all the computers are down and they cannot do anything. I asked why no one called me- they said it literally happened like 30 mins ago. The guy asked me to reschedule- ok no problem— we can do Feb 15 at 9:15-9:30am. The appointment was scheduled. Had a 10:30am appointment for service arrive early 10:00 car did not get to see the inside of the shop until 1:30 pm . Very poor scheduling. With that said they did manage to get it finished by 2:30

I bought my car brand new from here and no one (Merrick nor Brian the service manager) will even call back for a warrenty issue for a month. I have drive to Cox Chevy in Bradenton to have warranty work done. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from Ferman.

We took our 2014 Chevy Silverado to have recall work done. The issue was with the brakes. Our truck did not make any front end knock noise before we took our truck there. Now our truck makes a knock noise if we turn right or left. I don’t trust them to fix the problem since there was no problem before they did what ever to correct the break system recall. My intuition tells me not to return.

servicing department...And this is why I don't take my car into the dealership for servicing... It has been two days and we still have not heard anything about the issues with my car except for other services I need just so they can make money. Yet I am getting calls about surveys about my experience. I don't have my car back... why are you calling me?! terrible service!

If I could rate Ferman of Tampa negative stars, I would. Read the following to know why you should NEVER purchase or have your vehicle serviced at this dealership. You will be highly disappointed and extremely frustrated. From start to finish our experience was an absolute nightmare! Back in July, I began to hear a knocking sound coming from my engine. One of the worst dealerships, I have ever been too. I had to get work done on my car months ago and it took them 6 days to figure out what was wrong with it, and I had to call each day to follow up. We decided to give them a second chance and this time my husbands car is there. Worst experience ever - would never ever recommend this dealership. Have escalate to National Chevrolet Corp to rectify our situation. Brad Wise has yet to contact us. We have requested numerous times for him to call us.
