My new advisor Art was great! But the service dept was horrible. I had an appointment at 10:45 that made a week prior, I told the initial advisor I would be back in 2-2.5 hours. I returned at 2.5 and my truck hadn't even been taken in, so I had to wait almost another hour. I wasn't happy but Art made up for it. He has excellent customer service and I will definitely remain a customer!
