We received exactly ZERO text or call updates on our car until AFTER the car was picked up. Then we received 3 texts in a row that said 1- we'd be contacted by text for updates, 2-our car was ready, 3- confirmation that we picked up the car. These were all received at once TWO DAYS after we picked the car up. Mike indicated he'd communicated with my husband. No such communication took place.
