My recall might not have been the most challenging repair Ferman undertook this year, but it was important to me! The service team took time to explain exactly what was to be done and how the process would work. They dropped me off at home and picked me up. The whole experience gave me confidence these are people that not only have technical proficiency but business ethics. The last of which is all too rare in automotive organizations today. I will definitely return for future service.
