They listened well and were attentive and made sure that my needs were met when there was some apparent miscommunication concerning my needing a loaner vehicle. Steve was very kind and was able to accommodate me without hesitation. Service personnel suggested some needed work beyond the problem that I brought the vehicle in for and even washed it and vacuumed the inside for me. They went above and beyond what I expected.
