Ferman Chevrolet made it very easy to schedule an appointment to bring in my 2024 Chevy Colorado, and the staff was very professional, and I will bring my truck back.

I don't know what to say. I had an issue, the dealership took my vehicle, resolved the issue. Seems like the whole point. Good job.

Grant was great to work with, easiest car deal I’ve had, came back 48 hours later and bought another car from him.

They listened well and were attentive and made sure that my needs were met when there was some apparent miscommunication concerning my needing a loaner vehicle. Steve was very kind and was able to accommodate me without hesitation. Service personnel suggested some needed work beyond the problem that I brought the vehicle in for and even washed it and vacuumed the inside for me. They went above and beyond what I expected.
