Was recommended to Ferman. Salesman was excellent. He was friendly, knew a lot about the vehicle, warranty and service. Bogie in Finance was excellent. He explained all of the options and warranty so it was easy to make selections but never pressured me. Beverly from the office was very nice, friendly, and helpful. This was probably one of the best auto buying experiences I have ever had.

Only problem was that I called to see if it was ready and was told that it was being washed and would be ready by the time I arrive. Had to sit and wait a half hour after I got there.

I had a 9:00 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It took two hours. With an appointment I expected to be out in less than an hour. Two hours was a bit much. I could understand two hours if I didn't have an appointment.
