It's a busy dealership. But they got my oul changed in a reasonable amount of time. Didn't check my tires at first, so had to wait for them to do that, but it was quick. Didn't get a car wash...maybe that service is no longer offered?

When I came in to drop off my car. There were 8 Ferman employees having a good old time. As I stood there for 15 minutes until Matt came in. It was poop show when I came to pick it up? I stood there for 25 minutes. Again until Matt came in and helped me. Thank you Matt!! Sorry but that's my experience!

Wow! ! What an incredible experience we had at Ferman Chevrolet buying a new Suburban. Tracy was our saleswoman and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better!!
