Neil is a phenomenal advisor. He ensured that my experience with Ferman Chevrolet was stress-free. He was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and understanding. I couldn't have asked for more than that.. He made sure that the mechanical issues did not interfere with my daily routines. He provided a loaner car and also checked in with me periodically to update me on my vehicle.
