Very helpful and considerate I saw him help the person ahead of me and he do not rush them. He tried to buy their part from 3 other dealers who would not sell it to Ferman. He went out of his way to help your customer.

This is like the 4th survey I have submitted to either GM or Ferman Chevy and will be the same. This visit was my best visit. It was for a tire rotation and a Recall Notice. I was told by the service rep that it might take up to 4 hours or more for the recall fix. But with a little luck on my side it only took around 2 hours. They told me I was one of the lucky ones that there was no damage done and little more wrap and it was fixed. A small concern in regards to the tire rotation.
