Steve was helpful and friendly even though the service bulletin I came in to service for wasn't able to be performed on my car because of a mismatch of build date and VIN number. Not the dealers fault. Must be an internal GM issue.

Right off the bat chance was professional and told me exactly what I could expect with no BS. I appreciated that very much even though I tried to work him a little on the price! I arrived at 8:am without an appointment. I met with Tom who wrote me up and got my car over to the garage to be service. They looked car over to make sure all was well. He told me when my car was finished and off I went. Thanks To Tom and the entire Service and Parts people there.
