They were very courteous and professional. I have a 2020 Colorado that has the shudder issue. The transmission fluid was changed and I am to drive it for 4 hundred miles to see if the shudder is gone. So far it is still there. The truck shifts a lot better but the shudder is still present. Not the service department’s fault, they are just trying to fix a known issue with this truck. I have no issues with the service I received.
