I am very pleased with Ferman Chevrolet service department. I had never been there before and the signs clearly marked the location of the service department. Sandy greeted me and was very polite. Steve did a great job of listening to me and checking in my car. When the work was completed, Tom, my advisor, was very helpful and professional.
