Joe Lord is an excellent salesman and an asset to your dealership. He was very respectful of my time during the negotiation process We focused on 1 number (what I owe "out the door"). Makes the process easier and transparent. He did not try to sell or push other products on me and the price listed on the internet was the price that was honored as the starting price for negotiation.

I made a purchase that was priced good but the dealer did very little as far as going over the car and explaining the options on the vehicle. Even though I went in per-approved they hit may credit report multiple times which is not good for my credit score.

Joe was very pleasant and polite. Assisted us with our trade in and replacement vehicle. I love this dealership and miss Phil Marchitelli and Joe was great. Charlie in Finance was very pleasant, too.
