Appears to be extremely competent. Resolved a serious issue on a C8. Only criticism is that their so focused on customer satisfaction that some minor issues are not addressed. Example: C8 has 2 trunks, front (called the frunk) & rear, keyfob opens each individually. Keyfob wasn’t opening the front trunk and was mentioned as a secondary issue when the vehicle was brought in for a major starting issue, major was addressed but not the minor. Convenient location to my home. I have all services completed at this location. Would choose no other Chevy dealership. Had collision repair done. And I'm VERY SATISFIED. I'll seek a new vehicle purchase at Ferman Chevy and will continue to use all my needed services there

Excellent fast service. Went for an oil change and tire rotation. Only complaint is after waiting for just over an hour we finally walked back to check on the car and it had been done and waiting!
