A lot better 2nd time around, but the little things escape them. C8 starting & cruise control problems, original problems, fixed superbly. Problem with key fob not able to open frunk totally missed. Not sure why, cause I told them about it. Anyway it’s a pretty good dealership - bought an Equinox from them, young sales person paid a lot of attention to what I was saying.

I was very pleased with the quality of work and the excellent customer service. Dave was great and helpful when enterprise car rental gave us the worse service I have ever had from anywhere in my entire life. I wish Ferman had rental cars so that we didn't have to deal with enterprise. I really liked the fact that they detailed my car before I picked it up. This was giving me more than I expected and how often does that happen? Keep it up Ferman.
