I came in to have an oil leak checked on 1/19/21. the service adviser and I agreed the oil might as well be changed since it would be due in just a couple of hundred more miles. After I brought my car home I still had the oil leak. Steve was able to get my car back in ASAP, address the leak, and send me on my way with minimal more aggravation.

Came in early ... rushed me through!!! Always very polite and professional! I live clear in Indian Shores and could go anywhere for service! I still like to drive here!

I was out of town and needed service. Easy to schedule. They kept me informed and provided shuttle service so I didn’t lose a day waiting in the dealership.

One of the better dealerships I have dealt with. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that was very helpful. I would buy from Ferman again. Only had one small issue that was resolved in a timely manner.
