mechanical engine problem I was driven home. Tom called and gave me an update on the problem and needed fix including the cost. He called when the car was fixed and sent a driver to pick me up. I'm always pleased with the service I receive.

Great I worked mostly with Tracy. She was awesome. I love the truck-- a positive experience. I can't think of anything that could have been done differently to improve the experience.

Service experience was good. Tom kept me updated on what my car needed, the expected costs and arranged for a loaner. Couldn’t ask for better service experience.

Bought 2 vehicles in 2 weeks. My wife and I both had a great experience there. Greg D was our sales person both sales and no one could have been better suited. Greg in finance handled both deals also. He was great to work with. Tim and Linda Carson

In and Out My Son had come home from school and I noticed he was due for service. I got up early Saturday and took his vehicle in for service. I didn't have an appointment but Rob said he could work me in. They changed the oil and filter, rotated the tires and performed a safety inspection. Couldn't have asked for more. I've said this before but this is the ONLY place to have your car serviced. Thanks to rob and the crew at Ferman Chevy.

They are not real friendly but they are ok. Sometimes they do not greet a person when they first get there. They make you wait before they greet you. An oil change always takes well over an hour. They did give me a 10% discount even though my coupon was expired.

Friendly and understanding sales people. They worked with us to get the car we wanted at the price we could afford. I recommend this group to any one looking for a new car.
