Brought my 14 Corvette in for oil change ,brake check and battery test. Tom, as usual was great,took hood care of me and my car. Took a couple of minutes to charge the battery so it could be tested.All was taken care of and I was on my way,no problems.

The complimentary coffee and doughnuts are Great, and the associate's are very knowledgeable, curtious, friendly, and accommodating. The showroom floor is always fun to walk around and look at the Newest vehicles.

First time I ever enjoyed purchasing a car. Danial was fantastic!!! Danial patiently explained all of the auto's features. He even paired our blue tooth devices as well as our gate and garage door opener. He also helped us activated the OnStar system. Rick was just as helpful. All the paperwork was ready when we arrived. We completed that paperwork in about 10 minutes and he was a pleasure to work with. Ferman Chevrolet is a two hour drive from and the experience was worth every minute.

Great dealership. Bought my Equinox there and have it service there. Needed a battery as it was 4 years old. Service tool less than an hour. Plus they have a great coffee/hot drink machine and fresh donuts in the morning.
