The best experience to date I looked around to a few places, had a good list if cars I liked. After talking briefly with Mark I decided on what I wanted and what I could work with. I tried to be clear and upfront with Phil when I came back, and he did what he could to get me in the truck I had picked. It was smooth and professional, we were in and out in a timely manner. Outstanding Service I would like to thank Ferman Chevrolet for going above and beyond to get a deal done for me. I live in Sanford FL and I travel almost 3 hours because of the effort they showed. I want to personally thank Norman Alfonso, Franco Otiniano, Phil Marchitelli and the management team for a great job. When you meet them you will see why I travel so far to get a good deal. The ride was long but the reward and results was worth it.

Good experience We test drove the the car and had a couple of concerns which they listened to us. They checked what we asked and detailed the vehicle for delivery. We do recommend them so far.

Very committed to excellence Bill Libengood ensured that all repairs were completed to meet my high standards and satisfaction regardless of what extra steps were necessary. Very professional and competent in his field of expertise. Was helpful and cordial even extending the courtesy of a loaner vehicle while repairs were performed. This collision shop was listed as a 'star' rated business by my insurance company and I will ensure that I relay the superior level of service offered by this dealer.

Truck purchase Worked with Phil Marchitelli on the purchase of a 2019 Silverado Truck. It was a pleasure from beginning to end. Our conversation started over the phone and everything we agreed did not change when I arrived at the dealership. Smooth negotiation. I would recommend Phil as a sales agent.

Very nice experience Darcey was an excellent salesperson. We would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a car. Very friendly, treated like family. Not a pushy fake friendly person. Her manner was obvious she is a people person, whether you bought the vehicle or not. Genuine....that is someone really needed in the sales force. Thanks Darcey!!!
