Camaro Lover Found a beautiful 50th Anniversary Camaro ! Phil and Rick and the entire staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable! Management and Business office were also supportive and helpful . Ferman has always been top notch in every respect.for over 20 years that we have bought cars or had them serviced there. They try to be fair and work with you on price . Ferman is a great team to work with !

Somewhat productive but annoying. Schduled and brought my new silverado in for itd 1st service and to stop a rattle in the passenger side seat. Oil service was great, but they didn't stop the annoying rattle because, "there words" it would take to long. So please reschdule again for another time.... This was my time, taken off work to get this repaired. I have not re- scheduled yet and it still rattles louder then ever.

Everytime!! My experience at Ferman Chevrolet in Tarpon is On time every time!!! The people are nice, customer service is on point, the water is cold, the coffee is hot, and the donuts always hit the spot!!

The purchase of my new 2020 Chevy Silverado HD2500 The communication was great by phone , Joe has the truck ready and had stated my paperwork because he knew I was driving over from St.Cloud . It's over 120 miles and I can honestly say it was worth the drive especially since I drove back home in my new dream truck . I would highly recommend this dealership. Thanks

Top notch customer service! We have never had any issues with this dealership, always professional, always accommodating. Tom in the service department, always goes above and beyond to assist with all of our needs. They are honest and upfront with any charges / repairs prior to the work being done. Recall work only. Also tr CRT rd I cane in for a recall on my sons truck. They worked us in and performed the recall. One of my tires needing air and they took ot and put in the air. I.bring my truck here for all service work.
