Headlight install On my way to the Clearwater jazz festival I noticed that one of my headlights was out. I stopped in on my way there. The service was quick and I was on the road shortly. I was very pleased with the efficiency and timeliness of their service.

I like a down-to-earth salesman I was not shopping around because I went there knowing what I wanted. Norman helped me out and I liked him. First off, he did not talk a lot, which was CRUCIAL to me. He did not upsale me but rather explained to me the options. The manual was missing and Norman said he would get one for me. I later learned that, rather than buying a used version from eBay, he ordered one from Amazon which was very nice of him. Went in the dealership at 11:00 and left at 3:00. It was a very pleasant experience.

Exceptionally Satisfying! No matter when I call for whatever I call for, in any Dept. my family and I get treated with respect and all our needs taken care of in substantial time! Oil Change I had an appointment for 10AM and never got out of there till after 11AM..thought when you had an appointment that was you were put first...??? maybe because mine was the first one I had a freebie it didn't count?? and I already did one of these surveys surprised you sent another...???

New car purchase It was a pleasure to buy our new vehicle from Your sales rep Pat at Ferman Chevy. I normally try to haggle more, but Pat gave me a fair deal that so i was able to drive way with my new equinox not feeling lime i had to battle for the deal. Its an experience i am nit accustomed to with buying a car, but i liked it and i will drive past autonation and dimmit on to ferman the next time i buy a car too.

Awesome experience! I tried 3 different dealers to secure my 2019 Volt! No one could assist after a 10 day search. I called Ferman at 5pm on Tuesday, spoke with Norman, He had my car secured and three different sales options to present. By 6:30pm that same evening, we selected the buying option best for us and arranged to meet on Wednesday as we had to drive 3 hours to the dealership! Once we goth there, Norman had everything ready! We were back on the road within an hour with my New VOLT!!

Auto repair This dealership is not close to me, in fact its approx 20 miles from me and I have a competitor Chevy dealership within 5 miles of my home and I will always go to Ferman. No matter which dept I've worked with, they are all top notch! I hope they always keep up the great work!
