Michael is a superstar customer service rep. Unfortunately my Trail Boss had an issue that is well discussed in the internet / Reddit but not known by Chevy. My radio will go mute with all sounds (including blinkers etc) and the only way to get sound on is to stop, shut down, and restart, OR to stop long enough to do a software restart in safe mode. My overall experience was great. Jenna Wiese was the best sales person I have ever had an experience with. After walking through the lot a bit, I was happy to see Jenna running out to the extreme heat while others remained in the comfort of the AC.
