I dont know Todd Ullsted My salesman was Joe Kurzawski, he was wonderful. Very professional and personable. I was very comfortable with him. He went above and beyond, helping me to settle in with my kia soul. Again, my SALESMAN WAS JOE KURZAWSKI. I give him a 5 = excellent

The service adviser, Neil, has been great! The body shop work that was needed as a result of my truck being crashed the day I was supposed to pic it up was done well. The communication with the body shop internally with service leaves a lot to be desired. This and the vehicle being crashed is the reason for 4 stars. Truthfully it should be 3, but accidents do happen. Oh and the fact that the body shop threw perfectly good after market Headlamp LED's in the trash really didn't sit to well with me either. Michael and the entire Ferman Chevy staff was fantastic. Jesse, the manager I believe, introduced himself and was genuinely kind. The service department was busy, and Michael still went above and beyond - he even washed & vacuumed my truck before picking it up! Thank you all and Ferman Chevy of Tarpon!

Called at 2pm on Saturday with what I wanted for trade. Had numbers worked out in an hour and was driving my new vehicle by 5pm that day. Easy to work with and recommend. Also finance saved me 3% off of previous loan
