Ferman of Tarpon Springs has the best service department staff. I switched from Auto Nation South as they went downhill. The whole Service Team at Ferman is outstanding. They are more knowledgeable and walk you thought the whole process. I almost don’t want to share this and keep them to myself. But here you go.

From the minute, we got to the dealership everyone was extremely friendly and willing to help with what we needed. After we were first introduced to Anthony, he made us feel extremely comfortable, not only with his actions, but with his knowledge of the vehicle that we had inquired about and then moved onto to purchase.
