Part was not in, they ordered it and was informed it was in. We went up installed same day car was cleaned and David was very professional and service department was very clean

So far it has been a good experience. No problems getting oil changes. My car is currently in for service, and it has been in there for going on two weeks now with no communication as to when it’s going to be fixed or what’s wrong with it. I’m lucky that I was given a loaner vehicle for this service otherwise I would be very frustrated with the current situation.

Had my Equinox at another dealership about a week waiting on a part. My granddaughter called Ferman and they had the part I needed. Had my Equinox towed to Ferman on a Thursday. Kevin in the parts department had the part sent to the service department. Steve Kikta was my service advisor and was very helpful calling and discussing what would be needed to fix my Equinox. Everything ended up fine at the dealership In the beginning, it was a little on the edge What with the repair not being accomplished and then having to wait over the weekend because the mechanic who started it wasn’t working. My vehicle did end up being there for almost 2 weeks. But Mike my service writer was very informative and helpful.
