Person in service quickly showed me why car would periodically slightly jerk to left which was only an automatic adjustment, when on, to keep car in lane. Ferman had already addressed previously with an alignment, which turned out needed to be done. Ferman reps have always been patient and perseverant when we came in with any of our concerns. Excellent staff to work with. Management person is who I worked with but not sure if it was Kyle.
