Wonderful dealership. Phil Marchitelli was a great help in buying this car. Good communication throughout the whole transaction. Very truthfull and honest with everything. I ordered this car and worked with Phil for 2 months. He did a great job showing me how everything worked. Finance mgr. Charlie Cox was very cordial and honest in offering additional warranties. This was my second new car I have purchased at this dealership and will not be the last.

Great experience I have bought cars thur my life and dealt with a few salesmen. Bernie Erickson was by far one of the best! He was professional and knowledgeable without any pressure. Bernie would be a great teacher and mentor for all of the young gentleman you have. I never felt any impatience with all of the questions we had and I felt I could trust him. This is a rare find in the car industry. I LOVE MY CORVETTE!! Thank you Bernie!

Impressed After visiting dimmit cheverolet and feeling like they are a bunch of crooks I was headed to another dealership which my GPS brought me to Ferman cheverolet by mistake but it was best mistake that could've been made Gus took good care of me and my husband he was patient and took his time to find the best truck at the perfect price for us. I really enjoyed my experience and left with the truck I wanted for my husband it was in God's plan for us to have ended up here.

Easy resolution 2 any issues Highly recommend this dealership. I have been buying/leasing cars for more than 50years. This is one dealership that knows courtesy, friendliness, and service. Kyle our saleman went way beyond to help and resolve all & any issues after a Toyota killed our 4 month old car. Then an issue arose months later with GM financing on this "dead" car and Steve Kikta (finance) helped to resolve and solve this issue. And he wasn't even involved in sale of the autos. Knowledge and Help Bernie Erickson was our sales rep. He is very knowledgeable and took his time answering our questions. Bernie helped set up our phones and passwords before we left the dealership. We never felt pressured and he told us if we had questions or concerns that we could him.
