They went out of their way to make sure I got what I wanted The staff at Ferman are top notch. No high pressure sales , lies or gimmicks. Bogi , my sales person , went out of his way to make sure I got everything I asked for. Jay , they finance manager, got me more than i asked for. I will never buy a car from anywhere else.

Joe Lord FANTASTIC customer service! I was so impressed by the customer representative, Joe Lord. He walked me through the process step by step ensuring my comprehension before moving forward. I was especially impressed by his product knowledge. Before showing up at the dealership I had done extensive research on the Chevy Cruze and knew what I wanted. Outstanding! This was by far the best dealership that I have ever bought a car from. Everyone from the salesperson to the management were not only professional but warm and friendly. I would recommend this dealership to everyone! If you find your way to Ferman Chevrolet in Tarpon Springs, look for Dan the Man. Dan was the best salesman that I have ever eorked with. Also, I was recommended to Ferman Chevrolet by Chris at Ferman BMW in Palm Harbor. Look for Chris, he was amazing to work with as well!

Buying out my lease Furman Chevy has been very accomadating since I leased my Equinox back in 2014. I went in today to buyout the car and secure financing. I also had an oil change and wipers replaced at the service department. The people I dealt with in service, sales and finance all did a great job making my visit a positive experience.

My new car I went in for an oil change and decided to see if trading in my car would be a better option for me. I had been thinking about doing it for awhile but wasn't ready but i met Phil and he made everything possible. He worked worth me and my budget.
