Ordering a specific car They were very helpful in ordering the exact car I wanted and at a fair price. The entire staff was very helpful even when my first car was destroyed in an accident enroute for delivery.

Fantastic Service We left a different dealer, came here just to look on our way home and Bogi (our salesman) helped us find exactly what we were looking for at the exact price and payment we were shooting for. My wife is extremely excited about this new vehicle and the overall experience couldn't have been easier and without any pushy salesperson. I would recommend Bogi for anyone looking for a vehicle.

Excellent dealership The staff and entire car buying process at Ferman is first class. They make sure you are accommodated and do their very best to make sure you are treated fairly and in a first class manner. They are simply the best!

Great Service This is the second car I have purchased from Ferman Chevrolet and the second time Luis Valentin has taken care of me. I could not have asked for better service. I was treated like family and I will be getting all my service needs at Ferman. I would recommend Luis to anyone who needs a new car.

Good Experience My overall experience was good. There was no pressure during the sales process. My salesman Mr. Lord was knowledgeable and helped me get into a quality vehicle with limited hassle. The only thing that could make my experience better was in the financial office portion of the experience. I felt that maintenance packages were pushed on me but I get it they love making money. Overall I would buy a car at this dealership again if Joe sold me the car.

Great Experience I called in to Ferman Chevy. Got Joe Lord as my salesman told him what cars I was looking at. When I showed up at the dealership they were ready for me to test drive.
