A long but painless process When I went to buy my first car about 3 weeks ago I had found a car that I had fallen in love with. There was just one issue, they couldn't sell it to me yet. The car had some recall work that needed to be done and the part wouldn't be in for a while. It ended up being 3 weeks. Friendly. Comfortable. Not pushy. Bogi Enkh met me outside on the front steps of Ferman . Greeted me warmly and asked, "How may I help you today?" I had never bought a car on my own before. It took me over 2 months to decide. I went to 5 different local dealers (1 very in-your-face. 1 swarmy. 1 talked down to me) and scoured the pros & cons of various models in many online reviews. Awesome Luis called and introduced himself over the phone after my brother bought me my Chevy Equinox. He had set up things on my car that my brother ordered and gave me all the updates when things were done and when to pick up my car. He was very helpful over phone and text and was very patient with me when I met him to sign my paperwork and explain services. Answered all my questions and concerns with respect to me. And gave me contact info if I had any questions or concerns. I would refer friends to see him.

Best dealership experience around Over the last few years I have been to countless dealerships in the Tampa Bay Area & it is always a miserable experience.
