My 2020 Silverado with 70000 miles the transmission began to shutter and shake during shifts so bad I wanted to trade it ,Shedualed oil change the recommended trans service for 300 dollars am I glad they did trans shifts like brand new again Thanks

This visit was for a tire rotation visit. Left 2 hours later. But this why I always bring my tablet to keep me occupied. Needed an alignment but there’s a program that’s needed for EV alignment and it’s not available at this time. Maybe in the future. Hopefully soon because I have over 17,000 miles and it was due at 15,000.

The People at Ferman Chevrolet are always so wonderful and friendly. The receptionist is always pleasant and the service team and mechanics always take great care of my vehicles. Jeff in parts, Dave in the service department and Jason the mechanic are the best!

Took over 3 hours for a oil change as I waited in the lobby but besides that the staff was nice checkin could have been faster as well
