Just wanted to say the customer service was great at the dealership I went to another dealership another Chevy dealership not going to mention the name but they were very rude. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to Ferman Chevy and tarpon

We had an excellent experience with Ferman, TWICE! We purchased a used vehicle in February for our daughter. He was very knowledgeable and made the whole process so easy. In May, someone sideswiped her and the car was totaled. We called Lou again and he went so above and beyond to help us get into another vehicle. Their finance guy, Charlie Cox, also did a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend Ferman Chevrolet and I give the highest kudos to Lou and Charlie.
