Initially saw the vehicle online on Autotrader. All negotiations were done over the phone by voice and text starting through a call center with final agreement emailed. Hard to negotiate with Walter. Felt somewhat neglected at times. I was put off for days while he said was “dealing with a customer”. What the heck was I? Also was never clear wether I was communicating with the girl from the call center or Walter as they both showed up under the same phone number. Michael was very helpful in getting our Jeep ordered and keeping us updated on delivery. He went through all the features with us. I had to stop by the next day to drop off paper work and he even took the time to help me change settings for the keys and locks. It all was a pleasant experience.
