I worked with Travis on an issue I had with my navigation system. I needed a new radio because the navigation is integrated. Travis kept me informed every step of the way through warranty, ordering the radio and installation. He provided exceptional customer service to me. I never felt forgotten through the entire process. He represented Fernando Jeep very well.
