We started our car search at Ferman in New Port Richey and found a car we liked but decided to keep shopping. Ferman was good about keeping in touch but not overly so. We finally made our decision a few days later and went back to buy the car. Sales staff Lizzie and Dennis were extremely helpful, as was Scott Poth in Finance. The car was new but a seat part was broken, and Dennis and the Service Department went out of their way to fit us in to get it fixed so we could drive home with our 2021 Pacifica Pinnacle.
