Service team member Steve always goes above and beyond for customers. When you come in he knows you by name, listens to your concerns, and always provides excellent service. Has been my service advisor through 2 ferman purchased vehicles over a span of 6 years.

Very responsive, was willing to listen to my side of negotiation which ultimately brought me back to Ferman from Melbourne for the second time in 7 years . Very good experience with no upsell. All was very straightforward. Note: Since this field is a 25 word minimum I'll add this... It was an oil change and they changed the oil and there were no leaks afterward. So it was a good job!
