I had a great experience at Ferman. Everyone was professional and courteous. My son has autism and you made him feel both safe and comfortable especially Sandy. I wasn't sure if I would be able to get a deal done and you got it done for me. You worked all day with me and stayed late to finish the sale. That is how business is done.
