We purchased a used car from Tarak Kassem at Ferman Auto. We weren’t expecting to need a car so soon, but Tarak worked with us to offer a deal that we could afford with a car that I absolutely love. But even more, I love the experience that we had with Tarak and his team at Ferman Auto. Everyone was friendly - although Tarak took such great care of us that we didn’t really need anyone else. One Year Later It’s been a little over a year since I bought my 2014 Chevrolet Cruze from Dennis and the rest of the Ferman family, and I still can’t believe how great of an experience it was. Not only did they go above and beyond when I bought the car initially, but I have heard from them at least every couple of months since then to make sure I am still satisfied with the car and to see if there is anything they can do to assist my needs with the car. 15000 maintenance Effortless got. Ride home with Cher very friendly and was notified immediately upon completion of repairs we were given the option to be picked up however my wife and I were running errands and were in the neighborhood so we picked up our Jeep and weee in our way

Outstanding Customer Service I called Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of New Port Richey to make an appointment for a vehicle I was interested in, and both Scott and Tarek made sure that it was ready to test drive by the time I showed up. The experience I had was great, and they didn’t pressure me to buy. I was in and out, everything signed, within two hours of arriving. I’ve never had a dealership get me in and out so quickly. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Best buying experience ever.
