Good experience overall. The work that was requested was completed quickly and to my satisfaction. My only issue with the visit is I had to make another appointment for a pretty obvious and known issue with the Pentastar engine ticking that was not addressed. Steve did a great job of handling my issues and getting all warranty claims taken care of.

Great service. They found the fuse holder/relay kit quickly. The car sat in another garage for ten days. Upon receiving part, the car was repaired quickly.

Oil change and check engine light This time the computer was up and running. Steve checked the car’s record and found the our Platinum Service was still intact and that the work for the check engine service was covered except for the deductible. Nice to know stuff in advance. Thanks

The service experience at Ferman The service department at Ferman is first rate. My service manager Jamie was efficient courteous and professional.The customer lounge was amply equipped with clean restrooms hot coffee,fresh donuts,tv and WiFi.A pleasant experience all around.

awesome My 1st time here. I usually get maintenance in Tampa but I’ll be coming back. Staff was awesome and quick. Only waited about an hour or so. Price was cheaper than the dealership I’ve been going too.

Just like family Ferman gave me my first shot at owning my own vehicle. To me that means a lot. I may of bought a vehicle from ferman . But they bought a life time customer.
