Great experience from start to end After a lengthy search for a new truck we walked into Ferman with no expectations and only to sample the RAM product. The customer service was excellent the deal reached met expectations and everyone was beyond helpful. Great place to buy a vehicle.

great . drop off at 11 o'clock got a call two hours later and went and pick my truck up already to go... The only thing is that you can never get anyone in the service department to answer there phones and when you leave a message you never get a call back...
