We'll go back Once we were able to connect, the service advisor took care of everything including arranging a temporary vehicle for me. I personally think his frustration with the lack of help reflected on his demeanor. I gave five stars because once we got past the phone tag, my vehicle was repaired, and I was on my way fairly quickly.

Look out Jason - Brandon took good care of me :) Brandon took good care of me. Had a flat on rear passenger tire , no appointment but the team made room to fit me in. He also had them take care of the recall while the car was in the shop.

Gr good service Great service good response was pleasure to work with Brandon The reason I went for service because the seal of the headlight was leak so I spoke with Brandon and he he told me he will put for me new headlight IBecause still under warranty and I’m waiting for the part arrived so they can call me otherwise everything was great had a good response

Relaced Starter We brought our Pacifica to Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge when it would start. Steve set us up with a courtesy vehicle while we waited for a new starter to be delivered. Steve was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous throughout our visit.

Best car buying experience ever!!! These men are unlike any car salesman I've ever encountered before! They were very helpful with whatever questions we had. And gave me the best deal for what we were looking for! And best of all, I was in and out the door in less than a few hours, from start to to finish! Customer Service actually cares about customer service I had a rattle in my 2017 RAM that had been present for awhile. When my commute changed from a few miles to >30 miles each way, the rattle seemed to get louder and was more annoying. I took the truck in for some recalls and asked Jaime to see about the rattle as well. I thought it was in the passenger side door. When I came to pick it up, they told me they couldn't locate the rattle. I asked Jaime if he would ride in the truck with me so he could hear it, which he agreed... read more
