Excellent as usual I have been a long-term customer of Ferman Dodge. They have been servicing my Dodge and my jeep for years. Jamie is my service advisor throughout the years and he has been Awesome. Jamie always explains what is going on with my vehicle what it’ll cost and the timeframe to get it done. Everyone I’ve dealt with at this dealership has always been professional courteous and honest.
