Very professional, not pushy Salesman Kenneth Levicky was very patient, informative, worked with me to get best deal. I liked that he wasn't pushy. He beared with me while trying to make my decision. I never felt pressured. The finance manager Scott Pith was wonderful. He explained all my options, was very informative. Also very patient. Overall my buying a new car experience was pleasant.

First Florida vehicle purchase I was very happy with my sales person Dennis. He was easy to talk with and deal with throughout the purchasing process. In the whole team I met at Ferman N. Port Richey were friendly. Felt comfortable walking in the showroom. The signing process with Eric went smoothly and quick. Moved to Florida last year. Purchased a number of vehicles in California-the process there was it seemed to take forever. I was in and out in less then 3 hours. Good job Ferman.

Tire replacement Steve the Service Adviser was great; took care of me on a Friday analyzing a slow tire leak on our brand new Jeep Cherokee due to a sidewall puncture. Steve ordered the tire, made sure I was Okay to drive on the weekend and replaced the tire early Monday. Excellent service on short notice. Thank you Steve and Ferman.

Service was too slow The repairs made we're excellent,however when test driven they did not catch the noise made when driven, possibly a wheel bearing? Also took far to long to repair.

Sale And Service At first, my wife and I set out the see what was available in the Jeep Wrangler. Our search firstook us to Ferman Chrysler. We were just looking to see if we could find a Wrangler at the right price... we or pre-owned. Our salesman, Brandon Hicks was amazing. He was patient informative. Brandon was friendly.
