Signature Ferman experience Bought a new Wrangler this weekend - exceptional service from Matt, Scott and Robert. Fair price on the car I wanted, quick and easy and the out-the-door experience was great. Live in Tampa so this was a hike - but well worth the trip. Bought from Ferman on Kennedy, so used to the company's great customer service. They really stand out.

Catalytic Converter Recall First time I took the car they didn’t installed correctly, I have to take it the second time because the car was making a very loud noises, finally it was done correctly.

AMAZING I would come back to this dealership again , best experience buying a car ever , not pushy at all. Roy asked us Three Questions about a jeep , Hard top or soft top, Auto or manual, two or four door. That was it didn't try to up sale but gave us want we wanted. Love my Jeep! I LOVE my Jeep!!! Best car I've ever purchased and it was so quick and easy with Ferman Jeep Dodge and Ram. Ken helped me pick the perfect car for me. He was so kind and patient, going over all of the new features in the Renagade and even helped me set my radio stations. With his assisatance transferring my work stuff from my old car to my new one was super easy and while I was inside taking care of the financial side of things, my new car was cleaned and detailed. Oil change Had an oil and filter change. Service people treated us very nice. And the waiting room was clean and comfortable. The only concern I had was that it took 90 minutes to complete the work.
